Methodological approach

CENTRAL ASIAN LAW team will collect (both EU-based and Central Asia-based research teams) the primary and secondary data through:

Elite and expert interviews and focus group interviews with key actors and decision-makers within law enforcement bodies, judiciary, parliament, relevant ministries, regional and district level governments, business law experts and academics.
