Istanbul Medipol University (IMU) is a private university established by Turkish Education Health and Research Foundation in 2009. IMU has 71 undergraduate programs in 13 faculties along with 51 Master's programs and 25 PhD programs with over 37.000 students. Academic and administrative buildings are placed in three different campuses, Kavacık Güney Campus (the one on the photo) is being the main one providing research, social and recreational facilities and dormitories.  

One of the strongest objective for IMU is to provide high-quality education at both undergraduate and graduate levels. By targetting so, IMU has 12 research centres with continuous applications to most prestigious national and international research funds.  

Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences has 59 academic staff and 1557 students enrolled under 5 undergraduate programs, which are Psychology (offered in both Turkish and English), Political Science and Public Administration (offered in both Turkish and English), and Political Science and International Relations (offered only in English).
